The Odyssey beta-interest form and release-update form have separate, unchecked consent boxes. Beta interest saves your email, platform, optional testing interests, consent purpose and date. Release updates save your email, consent purpose and date. Choosing either form does not enroll you in the other list. Submitting an address does not verify ownership of that address.
Tony uses each list only for its selected purpose. Records are stored privately on our server for up to 90 days. Email [email protected] to withdraw either consent or request earlier removal; please say which list. These signup forms do not send confirmation emails and do not use ntfy.sh or a third-party signup or mailing service. Cloudflare processes connections to deliver and protect the site.
If you withdraw, we remove you from the list or lists you choose. To prevent an old backup from adding you back, we keep only your email address, which list you left and the withdrawal time in a separate private record for 90 days after withdrawal. This record is never used for marketing.
The Odyssey page uses aggregate visit counts and approximate active-tab counts. Random tab identifiers stay in memory and expire from the active count after 90 seconds without activity; they are not written to disk. No analytics cookies or browser storage are used. These measurements respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
The demo-inquiry and AI-receptionist sections below describe existing LakeLogicAI demo services, separately from the Odyssey signup forms.
This is the heart of what we do: messages sent to your AI receptionist are processed on our own servers in Lake County to generate a response. They are not sent to OpenAI or any third-party AI provider. We don't use your conversations to train models for anyone else.
We use Cloudflare for security (including the "verify you are human" check) and to deliver our website (all traffic transits Cloudflare's network), Google (Gmail) to receive email you send us, and ntfy.sh, a push-notification service that alerts us of a new inquiry — when you submit the form, your business name and contact details are transmitted to us through it. These providers process limited data only to perform those functions.
If you are a California resident, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it — just email [email protected] and we'll handle it. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We keep this minimal. Cloudflare's bot-protection may set a short-lived token to confirm you're human. Our analytics are privacy-friendly and do not use tracking cookies.
We keep the information you submit only as long as needed to follow up and provide the service. You can ask us to access or delete your information at any time — just email [email protected] and we'll take care of it.
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date above. Continued use means you accept the current version.
